***PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO CAREFULLY READ OUR CONTENT RULES & POSTING GUIDELINES AS WE HAVE A 1 STRIKE POLICY (anyone found breaking these rules will be permanently removed & blocked from our network.)

Our goal is to provide a Friendly forum community dedicated to Jewelry and letting people Advertise Online for Free.

Please be careful and aware of the risks involved when communicating or trading with people over the internet.  You assume all liability when using our service.  If you run into a problem or something questionable PLEASE contact us immediately.

It is NOT our goal to be Harsh or have an over moderated community or anything like that, but there is certain content and actions that we cannot allow.  Our team is very busy and we are trying to make things easier for them.  If you understand our rules, use common sense, act mature, and respect your fellow community members you should NEVER have a problem.  We reserve the rights to moderate our community and run our website as we see fit.  The following rules and guidelines cover most of what we do NOT want on our website, but is not limiting.

POSTING GUIDELINES: (please follow these posting guidelines)

  • Avoid Drama, we will NOT have drama in our community.
  • Post ALL topics in the proper forum categories.
  • Do NOT use MULTIPLE forum accounts. *1 account should be fine per person.
  • Do not post duplicate topics.
  • If you are replying to a topic, be sure to make an original reply that is useful to the topic.  Avoid Replying to topics with posts designed only to increase post count like "Nice Post", "Very Helpful", or any unrelated responses.
  • Responses to topics that do not make any sense will be considered spam.
  • Avoid excessive Thread Bumping.  (just use common sense here as to not become disruptive)
  • If you have a lot of ads to post, do not flood our forum at once, please just do a few per day.
  • URL Shorteners and bit.ly type links not allowed.  Avoid any questionable linking practice like link cloaking.
  • Do not insert manual signature links or spam other peoples threads with links unless it is appropriate. (this is what signatures are for.)
  • When advertising a few links is ok, but more than a few links is an excessive amount and is done only by spammers.
  • 50 Posts are required for signature links (this is to reward those who are active in our community).
  • If you are posting a topic that includes a link it belongs in an advertising section of our forum.
  • Do NOT link to any questionable websites or bad neighborhoods.

Please do not discuss, advertise, or link to any QUESTIONABLE content.  If you discover someone doing so please report it to us!

CONTENT GUIDELINES:(This includes but is not limited to)

  • Any pornographic material, adult material, or mature content including thinly censored nudity.
  • Drugs of any type (including prescription drugs, tobacco, alcohol), or any related paraphernalia.
  • Gambling or casino-related content.
  • Hacking/cracking content/warez/spy content or anything that can invade a persons privacy.
  • Promotion of fake documents, copied material,  sales or distribution of coursework or student essays or paper mills.
  • Promotion of illegitimate programs and offers, such as ponzi schemes or high yield investments.
  • Sales of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods.  Due to the difficulty to distinguish some of these sites we error on the side of caution and will remove you if we suspect replicas or imitation goods.
  • Content related to weapons or ammunition (e.g. firearms, firearm components, fighting knives, stun guns)
  • Any offers for illegal activities, products or services
  • Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others
  • Promotion of incentives for users or third-party beneficiaries for online activities, but not limited to, completing offers, performing searches, surfing websites, reading emails, completing surveys, clicking on ads, or any activity that artificially enhances website/advertiser metrics. This also includes PTC (Paid to Click) & auto surf programs, etc
  • Content or site construction intended to deceive or mislead for purposes of increasing traffic or clicks.
  • excessive profanity or violence
  • Cloaked Links or links from URL shorteners like bit.ly
  • Promotion or any attempt to profit from human tragedy or suffering that lacks any social, artistic, or political value. This includes any content that may be deemed inappropriate or insensitive to victims of natural disasters or human tragedies..
  • Promotion of discrimination or infringes on the legal rights of others.
  • Content related to racial intolerance or advocacy against any individual, group or organisation

Anyone who is disruptive or breaks these rules will be considered a Spammer or Troll and permanently blocked from our network.

Isn't it ironic that almost every response to this rules reminder appears to be some sort of spam?

definitely.  It does help catch the spammers though Wink

We are going to get most of them out of here when I get more time though Wink

What is sad is that they could easily get away with it if they would just post it legit on the proper forum the right way.
