Bridal set that was never used.

I was young and dumb.  Thought I was going to marry and made the decision I wasn't ready yet.  I bought a bridal set that is 14K gold 1 3/5 carat.  TDW Diamond??  If that means anything.  I paid $1,484.94 for it.  I took it to a pawnshop and they tested the diamonds with their tester and it tested real.  They wanted to give me $250 for it   I hope I can get more out of it!! 

Again, I'm just a simple country boy and need anyone who can shed some light on how much I may be able to get for it and what I should do..

Try to know prices of it from some other stores and if you did not get proper amount for that so wait for some time because jewelry prices increases day by day.
