Engagement Ring Help!

Heyo!

So i'm new to this forum and i need some help if any of you can spare some time.

My Girlfriend's birthday is right around the corner and i'm going to propose to her but i can't find the ring she picked out a couple years back anymore!
I have a picture below of it and if anybody can help me find this ring, or something very close to it i would be VERY grateful.
