Kerala Ayurvedic resorts lure thousands of tourists every year with their unique approach to physical and psychological wellbeing.  They conduct various curative and rejuvenating therapies with the help of learnt Ayurvedic practitioners. These resorts are also known for the comforts and facilities that they offer.

The Ayurvedic resorts provide tranquility to the mind with its appearance and ambience itself. Most of the traditional Ayurvedic resorts are designed and built in typical Kerala architecture and mostly, adhering to the principles of vastu sasthra.

The masseurs in these Ayurvedic resorts are well qualified and experienced and their skill in massaging provides you the much needed relaxing as well as the revitalising experience. They massage the patient’s body, in accordance with the instructions of the medical practitioner. (If you are undergoing such a treatment you can feel a rhythm in their massages and the application of oils.)

These resorts may offer you an aroma of various herbal concoctions and oils and they will again rejuvenate your spirits. Silence is respected in these resorts, but sometimes melodious music is played in the background when the patient undergoes a massage, depending on the nature of the massage.

You will also be advised to have a pure vegetarian diet, which meets the nutritional needs of your body.

That's really great to help people with those techniques which don't have much side effects.
